HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19 TO ENSURE YOUR PROTECTION
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have put in place a multitude of prevention measures to protect the health and ensure the safety of our employees and customers, as well as to comply with public health guidelines across all our workplaces
HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19 IN OUR STORES
- We make sure to comply with all province-specific requirements
- Our employees must do a self-health-check at the beginning of each work shift
- We ask our employees and customers to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, have recently returned from travelling abroad or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or been advised by Public Health to isolate
- We ask everyone in our stores to maintain a safe 2-meter distance at all times and we have signage to that effect, including stickers on the floor
- Our employees must follow our hand washing requirements at the beginning of their shift as well as throughout their shift
- All shoppers must use hand sanitizer located at the entrance of the store
- We have installed plexiglass panels at the cash registers
- We welcome a maximum number of people in our stores at the same time based on square footage as per provincial requirements
- We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting protocols, namely for high-touch areas and surfaces like changing rooms, counters and cash registers
- We provide employees with all the required personal protective equipment, including surgical masks
- We ask our employees and customers to wear masks as per our Policy on mandatory use of masks and face coverings
- We ask shoppers to avoid touching products as much as possible

HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19 IN OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
- We have limited the number of people who are entering or exiting the Distribution Centre at the same time
- We have implemented staggered shift start and end times to further distance employees
- Our employees must answer health-related questions at the beginning of each work shift and have their body temperature taken before entering the building
- We ask our employees to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, have recently returned from travelling abroad or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or have been advised by Public Health to isolate
- Our employees must follow our handwashing and hygiene protocol, including thoroughly washing their hands several times during their work shift
- We ask everyone at the Distribution Centre to maintain a safe 2-meter distance at all times and we have signage to that effect, including arrows on the floor
- We have installed plexiglass panels in some work areas where it was more difficult for employees to maintain social distancing
- We have increased our cleaning and disinfection protocols, namely for common areas and high-touch surfaces
- We provide employees with all the required personal protective equipment, including surgical masks
- We ask our employees, visitors and service providers to wear masks at all times, in all areas of our Distribution Centre, as per our Policy on mandatory use of masks and face coverings

HOW WE ARE HANDLING COVID-19 AT OUR HEAD OFFICE
- We have implemented a requirement for Head Office employees to work from home until at least the month of February 2022, with the exception of a limited number of employees
- For employees who need to come to the office because of the nature of their work:
- We ask them to stay home if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, have recently returned from travelling abroad or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or been asked by Public Health to isolate
- We have created rotating teams working on specific days
- We are limiting the number of people who are entering or exiting the building at the same time
- We have put in place a health and safety entrance protocol that includes taking our employees’ body temperature using a no touch forehead thermometer and asking them health-related questions
- We ask employees to follow a strict handwashing and hygiene protocol, including thoroughly washing their hands before entering the building and several times during the day
- We have reviewed our floor plans to make sure employees are properly distanced when working at their desks
- We ask everyone to maintain a safe 2-meter distance at all times and we have signage to that effect, including stickers on the floor
- We have increased our cleaning and disinfection protocols, namely for common areas and high-touch surfaces
- We provide employees with all the required personal protective equipment, including surgical masks
- We ask employees and visitors to wear masks in all common areas of the Head Office, as per our Policy on mandatory use of masks and face coverings
